Mountain View School Food Pantry will have a food box distribution today, July 26th, at the Mountain View Kindergarten building. Boxes will be distributed to families of MVSD students from 4:30 until 6:00 p.m. or until all boxes have been handed out.

ESS will be holding a workshop for substitute teachers at MV. See attachment for details.

Your senior will be receiving an ordering kit at school with everything you need to complete your graduation order. Ordering early and before the deadline will ensure that you get everything you need at a significant savings in price. You will be able to put a deposit down and make payments throughout the school year or pay your balance all at once in the spring. ”J-PAY” is an automatic payment option. This option divides your balance up into 4 equal payments that are deducted from your credit card in consecutive months. Please ask us about it at the order table!!!

Our main goal is to make sure everyone is able to celebrate their senior year the way they want and to be prepared for graduation. The Department of Education in collaboration with the Department of Human Services received approval to offer Pandemic-EBT benefits due to COVID-19 related quarantines. To qualify for benefits students must meet the following requirements: 1. They must have been absent due to COVID-19 2. Must qualify for free or reduced lunches. Benefits are allowed only on school calendar days so weekends and holidays do not count. Virtual/online students do not qualify. Online applications can be found at the school website and paper applications can be picked up at the Superintendents office from 8:30-2:30 Monday thru Thursday. Applications should be submitted by July 29. For more information please call 870-213-8024.
